Executive Administrative Assistant

 

Role Overview

Seiden Health is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will work with and support the President and be responsible for coordination of administrative tasks.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years providing administrative support to a senior manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and ability to learn new software
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize many tasks
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well with all levels of internal staff, clients, regulated health professionals
  • Must have a “can do” attitude and be willing to go above and beyond when needed
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
  • Experience in IT or proficiency with computers and troubleshooting technical issues is an asset
  • Typing speed must be at least 80+ words per minute, although typing is not a major part of the position

 

Duties

  • Take notes at meetings
  • Prepare and/or edit internal and external correspondence, emails etc.
  • Manage and prioritize in-bound communications (e.g., email, correspondence, phone calls etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, events, reservations
  • Organize and prepare for meetings with internal and external parties
  • Effectively manage the President’s follow-up list of items to complete
  • Manage any tasks or projects assigned by the President from start to completion providing updates
