Clinical Consultant

Role Overview

Oversee the organization of internal metrics with respect to referrals and documents coordination

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with the SABS, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, Personal Injury cases
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' supervisory experience
  • Post-secondary degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking skills

Duties

  • Report on daily productivity and progress of individual staff and team
  • Monitor efficiency and accuracy of photocopying, scanning medical documents, document lists and medical documentation packages sent to assessors, bookings
  • Responsible for the training of Documents Coordinators, Administrative Assistance, Intake Staff
  • Create and update training programs for Document Coordinators, Administrative, Intake Staff
  • Responsible for ensuring quality standards are upheld by all Document Coordinators, Administrative Assistance, Intake Staff
  • Resolving day-to-day Document Coordinators, Administrative, Intake staff questions/issues and escalate as required
