Clinical Consultant
Role Overview
Oversee the organization of internal metrics with respect to referrals and documents coordination
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience with the SABS, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, Personal Injury cases
- Minimum 3-5+ years' supervisory experience
- Post-secondary degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well with others.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking skills
Duties
- Report on daily productivity and progress of individual staff and team
- Monitor efficiency and accuracy of photocopying, scanning medical documents, document lists and medical documentation packages sent to assessors, bookings
- Responsible for the training of Documents Coordinators, Administrative Assistance, Intake Staff
- Create and update training programs for Document Coordinators, Administrative, Intake Staff
- Responsible for ensuring quality standards are upheld by all Document Coordinators, Administrative Assistance, Intake Staff
- Resolving day-to-day Document Coordinators, Administrative, Intake staff questions/issues and escalate as required
