Reception/Administrative Assistant

Description

Do you have experience working at an IME? (Independent Medical Examination Company)
Do you have knowledge in the following?:

  • Complex Cases – Independent Medical Assessments
  • Motor Vehicle Accident Benefit Claims
  • Catastrophic Determinations
  • Post-104 Assessments
  • Personal Injury (non-MVA)
  • Occupational or work related injury (WSIB)

We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate, you have a post-secondary degree or you have experience in an administrative role, and the following specific skills and talents:

Excellent organization and co-ordination skills to follow through on specific matters, ensure timeliness, comprehensiveness and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with professionals.  

Assertiveness and a sense of urgency to co-ordinate activities with others, obtain your cooperation and support.

Knowledge of medical terminology a definite plus.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

 

Duties

Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to insure ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Maintaining phone services (answering, transferring, redirecting phone calls).

Managing communication (fax, mail, couriers, etc.)

Managing administrative calendars
