Role Overview
The Reports Coordinator main responsibility is to ensure that reports are submitted on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely receipt of reports and dictations from assessors; follow up when reports are not received on time
- Upload all reports in Smart Simple in a timely manner
- Assist with the assignment of reports to QA
- Follow up on claimant consent forms and upload to appropriate area in Smart Simple
- Daily reporting on late reports and plans of action to rectify the situation
Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in communicating with health practitioners
- Able to convey accurate and detailed information to assessors
- Must be available by phone & email during key business hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Smart Simple preferred
- Knowledge of IME (Independent Medical Examinations) industry report timelines preferred.
