Seiden Health Management, an industry leader, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our growing team. This senior management position will allow you to combine your business leadership and operations background to champion the delivery of the highest grade IMEs to our customers.

This is a full time, permanent role working alongside our senior leadership team, including one other Operations Director.

We are the only physician owned and operated business providing independent opinions on topics which include IMEs as well as consulting in areas of human resources and special situations like COVID-19.

Role Requirements:

  • High level supervision of administrative staff, including hiring, performance reviews, performance coaching and terminations
  • Allocate resources to ensure maximum quality, productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance against key performance indicators (internal and external)
  • Provide training and support on a daily basis daily to ensure all service level agreement standards for all customers are met (e.g., referrals booked within timely manner, within a certain number of days, consent follow-ups, information and document lists ready for referral package to be completed, referral completed on time for assessors, reports are received on time, reports sent out on time by Intake)
  • Work directly with senior leadership and vendor management with various customers to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Run reporting and review key performance indicators in advance to ensure that future issues are mitigated
  • Participate in RFPs, RFIs

Education, knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the IME industry
  • Current relationships with vendor managers and other referral sources
  • Process management / people leadership training or experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven history of successful employee management, coaching and succession planning
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
